Hammy and Corny are obviously gone. A rebuild including VT staff is needed because the institutional knowledge needs to also be rebuilt. The philosophies used in the last 2 regimes are unsustainable because of the recruiting realities. No dual-threat superstar at QB. No stars in the defensive backfield.

When they hired Fuente, they kept Foster so they didn't realize that they were in for a rebuild. A rebuild should've been anticipated with the imminent retirement of Foster.
